Terms and Conditions How to order bags from online stock You can place orders for stock bags directly from the website by following the on screen prompts. Payment can be made by:
All prices shown are in £ (GBP) sterling. Orders paid for by cheque require 7 days for clearance prior to the goods being dispatched. How to order bespoke bags Because the fabrics used vary widely in cost it is not possible to give generic prices for bespoke bags without some details about your requirements. However, the prices of our product range both past and present are a fair comparison. Complete the online form for a no obligation quotation, providing some details of what you would like and our designer will contact you with ideas about the fabrics that could be used and discuss the pricing options dependant on your choices. Delivery Items in stock should be dispatched to you within 7 working days of receipt of payment, although most bags will be sent much sooner. If we are unable to supply you with the item(s) ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an exchange or full refund. Wilde Bags cannot be held responsible for late or non-delivery of orders caused by the postal or courier services used by the company, or for any other reason outside of our control. Postage and packaging for UK delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day is £6.50 per order, regardless of the number of items included. For international deliveries by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For mail (depending on the destination), the postage and packaging fee is £11.00 per order, regardless of the number of items included. Wilde Bags bears no responsibility for the actions of the mail delivery service provider used. For international deliveries, the purchaser, not Wilde Bags, will be responsible and liable for any import taxes due. Damages/Shortfalls Orders must be checked when the goods arrive, with notification of damage or shortfall being made within 2 working days of receipt of goods. Returns If the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, please e-mail us for a returns authorisation code and then return the item to us within 7 working days of receipt. At Wilde Bags we will accept goods back for a full refund provided they are received in their original, unused condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly protected, in their original packaging for their return. Therefore, please ensure that all goods returned are sent by Special Delivery to guarantee delivery and insurance. We are unable to accept returns of bespoke items, unless they are deemed faulty. Return postage costs will only be refunded if the goods are deemed faulty. Once the refund has been processed we will e-mail a confirmation to that effect. Online payments will be refunded by the original payment method used. Postal refunds will be made by cheque in £ (GBP) sterling. This does not affect your statutory rights. Colour and production All our bags are unique to you unless you have specifically requested more than one bag to be the same through our bespoke service. Please note that colours and shades may vary slightly due to the images available or the technology used to access the website. Please read the product description for full product details. Product care The materials used vary from bag to bag. We suggest spot cleaning with a damp cloth, or for heaving soiling we recommend that you seek the advice of a professional dry cleaner. Retention of title Wilde Bags retains copyright and all intellectual property rights in the design of our products and sites. All goods remain our property until payment is made in full in settlement. Your privacy Wilde Bags does not disclose your personal information to any third parties. The information that we collect about you will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and used in order to process orders and/or provide information via our e-news letters should you opt to receive them. Legal Notices These conditions are subject to English law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. In placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated on this website in accordance with English law. Once payment for your order has cleared, Wilde Bags will dispatch the ordered goods in accordance with our delivery conditions. The contract will be deemed legally binding on both parties on confirmation from Wilde Bags of clearance of payment and dispatch of ordered goods. Wilde Bags reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. However, the terms that apply will be those on display at the time that an order was received.
